Dear Grange families,
Welcome back to the summer term. I hope you all managed to see loved ones and friends over the Easter break, even with the slightly chilly weather we experienced!
Safety in School
As we move forward in the roadmap, and see further restrictions lifted, we would ask that you please do stick to the rules. We are continuing to remind the children to wash and sanitise their hands when they come in and out of the building or move from room to room around the school. Unfortunately, parents and carers are still not able to come onto the school site unless they have an appointment. We will continue to review this in line with the government easing of restrictions. Please do make sure you continue to wear a face covering when dropping off and collecting your child and that you avoid standing around chatting to other parents outside the school gates. Children should continue to wear their PE kit to school on their PE Days. The teachers will be carefully considering the restrictions and guidance carefully when selecting and planning for the Summer activities.
Homework Reminder
We are not sending hard copies of any homework at the moment in line with the Covid Risk Assessment. Homework is being set using Purple Mash and Mathletics. Spellings are sent home on a weekly basis. Please continue to encourage your child to read the books on the Reading Eggs website.
Have a restful weekend!
The Grange Team
