Today children from Year Five attended the launch of our Active Schools project with Nike at Mile End Leisure Centre. The children took part In a number of activities lead by Nike store athletes from shops in London. These activities included football, tennis, athletics and dance. Mr Howard even produced his best Nae Nae performance!

Today twelve children took part in this year’s Festival of Sport at the City of London Academy. The children had the chance to try out some new sports such as seated volleyball, but it was the trampolining in the afternoon that everyone was looking forward to and really enjoyed.

Tuesday 29th September – LPESSN Cross Country Championships This morning 44 children from year’s 5&6 took part in the LPESSN Cross Country Championships. Our year 6 team produced some amazing times to finish a well deserved 2nd overall. In year 5 Nazai claimed the boys title with a sprint finish to take 1st place.
