Welcome to Grange

I am extremely proud to be the Headteacher of Grange Primary School where we grow and nurture enthusiastic and courageous learners. We have our own distinctive ‘feel’, which makes us unique. This is best summed up by our core values of  Love, Hope, Co-operation and Respect, as chosen by our children.

Grange staff are a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to our children’s wellbeing and their personal, social and emotional and academic development. Supported by governors, staff work hard to provide a rich, stimulating and inclusive curriculum, which engages and prepares our children for future education and later life.  We are fortunate to be well placed in Central London and we make sure that educational visits to museums, art galleries and places of cultural and historical interest are an integral part of learning at Grange. This gives our children invaluable and memorable first-hand experiences. Our school was last inspected by Ofsted in July 2017 when we were judged to be ‘good’ in all the key areas of inspection, and in our overall effectiveness of provision. We continue to be a self-evaluative school, setting  high aspirations and ambitions.

Happy, safe and respected children thrive in life! We aim to ensure your child flourishes at Grange, therefore we promote friendly, safe and caring environment, with positive relationships which inspire respect for each other. The partnership between home and school is a vital part of your child’ success and at Grange we uphold that. We encourage parents to take an active role in their child’s learning, and greatly value their contribution to the school life.

We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find the information you are looking for. To find out about our school, we encourage you to come and visit, to see us in action and meet staff and children. A call to the school office on 02077716121 is all that is needed to arrange this.

We look forward to welcoming you to our school, and to a happy and successful partnership with all our new children and families.
